Hi! I’m Mark!
I’m a practicing ER and HM Physician Assistant who understands the struggles you face everyday in your practice.
Can anyone say BURNOUT?
Yes, I’ve been there. I created this website to help you and your colleagues navigate the waters of healthcare as we know it TODAY.
I have a passion to help people address the issues we are facing today: burnout, increasing patient loads, overwhelming EHR documentation, difficulty balancing family and work–all during a time of decreasing reimbursement and hospitals struggling with staffing shortages and a lack of available hospital beds.
Thankfully, there is hope.
My blog is a collaboration of articles written by healthcare experts and others who are able to share their personal experiences to help us address these issues.
Thank you for joining us!
